Reserved seating for Cisco Live Keynotes
Watch the Keynote sessions in the Mandalay Bay Arena on June 4 and June 5 from reserved seating. Make your way to the floor section in the arena, or come to the ITL Hub and we will walk together. Meet us at 7:30 a.m. for Tuesday’s Keynote and 8 a.m. for Wednesday’s Keynote.

Get hands-on with these exciting activations inside the hub.
Monday: Charge your device while getting some exercise with the charging bikes station. Available all day.
Tuesday: Snuggle with therapy dogs from Healing Hounds in between sessions from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Wednesday: Drive social impact assembling hydroponic herb garden kits for donation to local school communities from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Event check-in and registration
To gain access to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Cisco Live registrants and guests must show their government-issued photo ID to pick up your event badge. You will not be allowed access without a photo ID, even if an event package has been purchased. All Cisco Live attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

Badge requirement
You must wear a Cisco Live conference badge at all times to access Cisco Live. If you lose or misplace your Cisco Live badge, there will be a $100 fee to reprint your badge, and a $100 fee for a new Cisco Live lanyard. For further assistance, go to Main Registration in Bayside B.

Allegiant Stadium
Pick up your Cisco Live Celebration wristband before heading to the party. It is your “ticket” into the event. Conference badges will not grant you access, and wristbands will not be available at Allegiant Stadium. The replacement fee for lost wristbands is $245. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Please review the bag policy at Allegiant Stadium.

Water
At Cisco Live, we work hard to implement sustainable practices. This year we will not have bottled water or plastic cups available. Instead, we encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle so you can fill it at our water stations.
Or, receive a complimentary water bottle in the Social Hub after completing a social impact activity benefiting the local Las Vegas community. Water bottles are first come, first served.
Shuttles
Cisco Live shuttles will operate daily Saturday through Thursday between Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand and MGM Signature hotels.
Delano, Luxor, and Four Seasons hotels are within walking distance of Mandalay Bay.
The Cisco Live Celebration shuttle will run continuously Wednesday, June 5 from 7:15 – 11:30 p.m. Look at the map or find it in the Cisco Events App for the participating hotels and pick up locations.

Cisco Events App
Access your schedule and event maps, complete session surveys, and gamify your Cisco Live 2024 experience! Download the Cisco Events App to receive notifications about giveaways, activities, events, and more.

Webex app
As an IT Leadership attendee, you will be automatically added to the dedicated Webex space for all the sessions that will take place in the General Session room at Cisco Live. For IT Leadership Breakouts and Workshops, you can join dedicated session Webex rooms via the Cisco Events app. Through Webex, you can collaborate with presenters and peers on session content and other relevant topics.
We invite you to join dedicated Webex spaces, available for most sessions at Cisco Live. You can collaborate with your session presenters and peers to get important announcements, engage in conversation, and share information.
To join Webex spaces, you’ll need a Webex account. If you don’t yet have one, download the free Webex app to set up your profile. Please be sure to use the email address you used to register for Cisco Live. Find session spaces in the Session Catalog in the Cisco Events App.
For those registered for Instructor-led Labs, Technical Seminars, IT Leadership, or are part of the Cisco Live 2024 Orientation and Q&A group, you will be automatically added to those individual Webex spaces for specific program and event details.

Wireless access
Cisco Live provides wireless internet access in the convention center spaces of the Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Delano, Four Seasons, and MGM Grand properties. The Cisco Live wireless network has been fully migrated to the 5GHz spectrum to guarantee the best performance for our attendees. Wireless coverage maps and performance data are also presented at the Cisco Live NOC.

This is a Public Internet Connection, and the use of a personal firewall is suggested.

Session schedule and attendance
Be sure to schedule your sessions before arriving onsite to guarantee a spot in the session. Log in to your Cisco Live account to find your schedule, or navigate to “My Schedule” within the Cisco Events app.
Plan to arrive at your scheduled session no later than 15 minutes prior to start. We will start seating standby attendees on a first come, first served basis 5 minutes before the session officially starts.
Session PDFs
Presentation PDFs will be uploaded to Session Catalog and the Cisco Events App from June 1-6. Technical Seminars (TEC) and Instructor-led Labs (LTR) presentations will only be available in the Session Catalog on the Cisco Events App for those who have purchased the session.
Session surveys
Let us know about your session! A session survey will be available in the Cisco Events App under "My Surveys" and in the Attendee Dashboard once you scan into a session. The overall conference survey will be posted on Wednesday afternoon.

Cisco Live Broadcast
View the Cisco Live Broadcast agenda to see what sessions will be broadcast. You can watch onsite on monitors located throughout the convention center and the World of Solutions. If you are offsite, catch the broadcast on the homepage of Ciscolive.com/global.
Cisco Live Keynotes and Center Stage sessions will also be broadcast live on Facebook, X, and YouTube.
